Vendor Agreement (Claim & Subscription Terms)
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
This Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") sets out terms between Gotilo and the Vendor ("you", "your") governing vendor listings and claims.
1. Eligibility & Registration
- You must provide accurate business information.
- You are responsible for maintaining update to your listings.
2. Vendor Services
Upon registration, you may:
- Add Services
- Add Offers
- Receive Leads
- Participate in Claim Listing program
3. Claim Listing Terms
A. Claim Requests
You may request to claim an existing listing by submitting:
- Business identity confirmation
- Supporting proof (document/image)
- Payment reference for claim fee
B. Fee & Payment
- The claim fee is £10 GBP (or as updated)
- Paid by bank transfer (or other methods)
- Must be received before approval
C. Approval
Admin will review:
- Proof of ownership
- Payment confirmation
Approval results in:
- Ownership transfer (service.vendor_id = your user id)
- Service marked Gotilo Verified
- Lead delivery to your email/dashboard
Rejection will:
- Notify you
- Provide reason (if available)
4. Vendor Obligations
You agree:
- Your listings are truthful and lawful
- You will not post infringing or harmful content
- To respond to customer leads responsibly
5. Leads & Payments
- Leads are forwarded via:
- No refund for leads lost due to your non-response.
6. Subscription & Upgrades
Gotilo may offer Paid Plans with:
- Enhanced visibility
- Priority placement
- Analytics Dashboard
- Festival promotions
Subscription terms and fees are governed by Plans terms.
7. Intellectual Property
You grant Gotilo license to display your listings and associated content.
8. Termination
Gotilo may suspend or terminate Vendor access for:
- Policy violations
- Fraudulent claims
- Non-compliance
9. Limitation of Liability
Gotilo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of vendor features.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by laws of England and Wales.
